A little about us individually…

 Kai is a fun, loving, caring, kind, genuine, intelligent, sophisticated, adventurous, outgoing, professional gentleman. He loves to care for others, which is why he always puts others before himself. Family and friends mean the world to him. He is definitely a person that treats others well and wishes for the same in return.  Anyone that has had the privilege of his friendship should really cherish all that he does because you will never find such a loyal and true genuine friend as him.  He is a very selfless person when it comes to his family and friends because he will always find a way to help even when he really doesn’t have time to. Because he values every relationship is the reason why he continues to do all that he could for those that he cares for to be in his life. Nothing can compare to his wonderful passion for helping others. Other than Kai’s great heart, he also has a very lively personality where he will always love to make people laugh and ensure that everyone in the room is having a great time.  Kai loves to put smiles on everyone’s face because that makes life more worth living.  There is not a dull moment when hanging around Kai because he will always make every moment in life count with wonderful memories.  He also always keeps things very real even though he likes to enjoy life and be happy with smiles all around. The genuine friendship that he provides cannot ever be found anywhere because he will always tell you things as it is without sugar coating anything yet he relays the important messages and meanings across smoothly. There is never a mask or puzzles to be deciphered with the honesty that he gives to everyone. Though Kai has the laid back and enjoy life personality, he still takes many things seriously especially when it comes to his work. Every little moment and detail he puts into helping his clients has lots of preparation and professionalism. There is no asking that he has great work habits and takes every individual client needs into account when helping them find their homes.  When helping a person find their perfect home makes him feel as though he has taken part in helping them to build a little piece of their life. A home is an important part of life which makes it very important for him to do an extraordinary job.  Kai puts all his time and effort in his profession because it means a lot to him.  But with all the working hard he also has a great fun and adventurous side to him where there is no turning down challenges if he deems himself capable.  He has a passion for working out, staying healthy, taking on challenges which is why there has been so many adventure he has been on. There have been many obstacle courses and races which he has participated in with successful completions. That has not stopped him yet because even after his wedding he is signed up for another race.  Other than on the ground adventures, he has many more adrenaline rushing activities accomplished and more to take part in. Kai has accomplished being in helicopters, getting a motorcycle license, went skydiving, hang-gliding, para-sailing, sea urchin/abalone diving, and driven a motor boat extremely close to the Atlantic Ocean shoreline. He enjoys all that life has to offer and more which is why he loves for others to join him in all the excitement or just even the simple sit back and enjoy the good foods in the world. Traveling is also a love of  Kai’s because he loves to experience the world. Individually Kai is a very well rounded and relaxed type of person who will go with the flow or whatever makes people happy and enjoy life.

Eunice is an adventurous, intelligent, quiet, caring, loving individual who cares about all those around her.  She is like the girl next door which outwardly appears to be just a typical girl until you get to know her.  Like a rose with many layers of petals, you find out she’s one of the most adventurous girls alive.  Eunice is extremely adventurous as she likes everything from snowboarding, skiing, para sailing, para gliding, snorkeling, scuba diving, sky diving, motorcycle riding and much more.  One of the best traits about Eunice is the genuine care and affection that she shows to her friends and family.  She’s the perfect person to talk to in your time of needs because she is always there to listen and help.  Eunice is very creative and a hands on type of person that’s why she loves to cook and is into lots of arts and craft.  Eunice likes to travel and is ready for new adventures.  She has been to many places like Costa Rica, Japan, Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Vegas, Bahamas, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Bermuda, Florida, California and many more places.  She’s normally leading the way as she’s great with directions and an awesome packer making her the best person to go on vacations with.  Eunice enjoys hanging out and catching up with friends as well as just staying in and watching TVB.  She’s one of those friends that will be there for you for life so make sure you value her friendship as she will surely value yours.  She’s a calm and rational person so the perfect person to go to for advice or just a chat.
